Although the idea of providing on-line access to client information is not new, we were the first in this industry.  Any time you are first, the problems and rewards are greatest.  The specifications for the project were very vague at times.  Thank you for your assistance and guidance in creating a specification document that helped us win many accounts.

Throughout the development process, you and your team provided knowledgeable and thoughtful support, guidance and project management.  You handled the many specifications required by Jubitz Corp. and our clients very professionally.  Your quick response to issues was also greatly apprciated - especially by me.
