Gold Support is a complete maintenance package for your software investment. Gold Support includes unlimited technical support, all program updates and discounts on many other ONTOP products.

FREE Unlimited Technical Support-You can quickly have your questions answered by someone who understands your business and speaks your language. There are several ways to find technical assistance: telephone, fax, BBS, website, & tech notes database.

FREE Program Updates-As dealers like you contact us with feedback and program requests, new features are added to the ONTOP system. You will receive all program updates during the year, automatically, free-of-charge. New documentation will be sent to you as needed.

SAVINGS on Additional Program Modules-We are developing new software modules for the ONTOP System. Many of these may be helpful to you, and you will receive a 20% discount when you purchase any of these additions.

SAVINGS on Training-We offer on-site training and regional training seminars for our customers who want to become more efficient in their use of ONTOP. With a current Gold Support agreement you'll receive a 20% discount on any training courses we offer.
